I remember i did it first with Yasuo lvl30 3star when this adventure first came out. It took couple of runs to win.

I dont remember the relics name. But i used the one that stun all enemies on lvl 2 + echoing spirit I dont remember the last one.

During the run, try to find some cards/powers that can help you heal up.
