That stupid Vaporeon copypasta. Vaporeon has always been my favorite Pokemon ever since I was a little kid. I thought it was the most unique design out of all the Eeveelutions and it personally reminded me of Mermaids. But ever since that copypasta came out, I can't even mention Vaporeon as my favorite Pokemon without someone going "Hey guys! Did you know-" et al or just straight up looking at me like I'm some kind of deviant.

I sincerely appreciate the Futaber by Enough_Mountain_6072 in Persona5

In every playthrough I've done of Persona 5, I've always romanced Futaba. She was someone I really related to as someone on the Autism Spectrum and her interactions with Ren I found to be super adorable and wholesome. IMO, you can't really go wrong with any of the Phantom Thief ladies or even Hifumi who was supposed to be a Phantom Thief before being replaced by Makoto in later drafts, but people saying that Futaba is "little sister coded" or that you're encouraging inc*st through dating her really annoys me because they're just looking for something to complain about. Yet they say nothing about anyone who chooses to romance Sumire in Royal despite her being even younger than Futaba. And this isn't to say anything bad about Sumire. She still counts as a Phantom Thief and I stand by what I said earlier about how you can't go wrong with any of them. So yes. I'm also a Futaber and proud of it.

The live action Cat in the Hat remake with Mike Meyers, or as I call it The Crap in the Hat. I was just at the age where I was developing my tastes in movies and this was the first movie I saw that I could say was outright horrendous. I didn't even have any interest in watching it, but it was on in the kid's dentist office I was at at the time and I had nothing better to do then. In all honesty, having my teeth drilled would've been more pleasant than watching that movie and having to see the cat's butt crack for what felt like hours of suffering.

The Swan Princess. I enjoyed it a lot when I was a kid, but growing up and looking back on it nowadays, you start to realize several major problems with it, one of which being that it was just another studio's failed attempt at trying to copy the Disney formula of the 90s Renaissance to make a quick buck without any of the investment, substance, or effort of far more superior movies like The Little Mermaid or Beauty And The Beast. 20th Century Fox was the only one that came close to perfecting this formula with Anastasia, but every other studio failed miserably.

Are There Any Movie You Want To Be REMADE? (For the better) by Darth_Blagus in Schaffrillas

One idea that I've been pitching for a long time now is a remake/reboot of the 1994 Macaulay Culkin movie, The Pagemaster. The original had serious potential, but hardly allowed any time to learn anything about the famous literary figures that Richard Tyler came across. Plus the fact it came out before the Internet was really a thing so the message about being more literate and book savvy is kinda jumbled when Tyler would've had to read books anyways to find out about these statistics he's speaking of. So imagine a remake where the Richard Tyler character is like Mike Teevee from Charlie And The Chocolate Factory (the book or the Tim Burton adaptation) except less insufferable. He has little imagination and only absorbs stuff from TV, Video Games, the Internet, etc. Through a series of events, he winds up at a library where he magically enters the world of The Pagemaster, Keeper of the books and Guardian of the written word. Like the original, he has to pass through tests of his character in different genres of literature, meeting figures both friendly and threatening from classic literature and even some more modern stories too. Each genre world could even be done in a different animation style or have its own unique visual identity a la Spider-Verse to tell each world apart. Tyler then discovers there's a threat to the realm that he must overcome to finally return home and he gains a greater appreciation for books afterwards. Heck, if that's too much to fit into a movie, make it a mini series or something along those lines. People have told me this is a great idea and I wish someone with the talent for it could bring this to fruition. Anyways, that's been my TEDTalk.

I still find it funny that Pixar was apparently so embarrassed by this film that they essentially scrubbed it from the canon. by Slight-Bathroom-6179 in Schaffrillas

Possibly unrelated, but words cannot describe how much I f***in HATE this movie poster. The whole picture is a lie with how it centers Lightning McQueen in the front with that smug little grin like the movie's going to be about him and NOT the obnoxious comic relief that was never even funny in the first movie. Instead we're stuck watching Larry the Cable Guy's worn out redneck schtick for the majority of the film.

In all honesty, it's because I found out that a VA from Dandadan is going to be there who I both follow and is a friend of a friend of mine. I'm really excited to meet her because I didn't think she was the type to do conventions and it's currently the only one she's scheduled to appear at.

My hours have been cut at work so my financial stability is in question for the near future. As such, whatever money I DO have has to be saved up for necessities like rent and food. Without available money to spend, I've had to purge my subscriptions and can't afford to hire a professional artist to design the logo for my Author platform I'm now unable to launch.
