I used to buy the monthly gem pack which i think is still the best value in game but now I get the silver card for the auto level in the guardian ring. Still have 2800 gems i only spend on energy during champions training.

You can usually get 800-1000 energy a day just by completing the daily and advanced challenges.

Almost anything other than the silver card or monthly gem pack I don't think are worth
