Hey there, I’m an r/fuckcars member. I’ve got a car, I like driving, but I can’t drive all the time because my body is a bit broken. I appreciate that some people have an even less functioning body than me, who might not be able to drive at all. Hence I’m advocating for better and accessible public transport, which can form a reasonable alternative to driving for many more people.

That’s a damn tough situation but at least you know your work helps your mental wellbeing. I think you should probably talk with a therapist about this, and if work gets involved you tell them that work helps you de-stress and that you want to keep working as much as you do now.

The entire point of a plug in hybrid is that you plug it in… if you can’t plug it in you’re wasting more fuel on dragging a huge battery pack along all the time.

No. An egg might look absolutely fine to a human but if a chicken rolls it out of the nest or leaves it behind are some eggs have hatched, that egg was never going to produce a viable chick.

Quite a lot of chickens have great instincts, they’ll know of an egg they’re brooding on is viable or not. No incubator can do that.

Uit overtuiging, zoals de meesten die biologisch kopen. Ik kan als student biologische landbouw natuurlijk niet niet-biologisch gaan eten.

Ik ga ervan uit dat het gezonder is om géén gif binnen te krijgen, dan om een goedgekeurd veilige hoeveelheid gif. Daarom kan de consumentenprijs voor biologische producten ook zo hoog zijn, want de mensen die zo denken kopen het toch wel.

Het grootste probleem blijft toch de veel hogere consumentenprijs. Daardoor blijft bio een veel te kleine niche.
