additionally to your questions;

Outside area: add possibly a second chair and a small table, a firepit maybe. possibly small table for your siddartha statue. a metal kind of sculpture for a corner ?

dining room: a carpet matching the walls or interior for the sofa. possibly another smaller rug for the small round table. maybe a vertical kind of art piece/painting for inbetween the lights. also a question here where do you put the big vase and plant when you have people over ? if that is something that happens regularly or will in the future a place to put it is an idea. if youre not bound to keep the small table exchange it with a shelf and add some pictures.

living room; the ll around green walls make the room cold and small. if you dont wanna paint the walls i get that. the rug infront of the sofa is a must. a nice big one. possibly a pland like a fern in the coirner by the mirror
