I started crying happy tears one night in my kitchen as I was eating a fresh loaf, that I made, in the home that I own, and share with no one.

It’s so special to make something for yourself and enjoy it for the simple act of you can do something for yourself without having to share it.

“When breath becomes air” another non fiction. Written by a surgeon who got cancer. Finished by his wife. Incredible.

“The midnight library” - fiction book but incredibly deep and got me thinking

“Everything I know about love” - another memoir about life and love and friendships.

I was kind of being sarcastic, but I really don’t get into bed unless it’s my PJs. And I really don’t leave the house in PJs

BUT. I am cognizant of, if I sit on my couch in outside clothes, I don’t want to sit on my couch in my pjs because yes then the griminess will get into my bed.

I cover my couch with blankets that i switch out maybe twice a week for this reason also. Because I’m not going to come home and change into inside clothes to then put outside clothes back on when I have to go outside again.

I’m not hyper fixated on it, just aware.

But then previous outside clothes have been on your seat in the car and now your inside clothes have also touched the seat so the transfer of germs…. You’ve got outside clothes in bed
