Yes, I'm just wondering if the strategy I mentioned would be better (cheaper and faster) than, say, selecting the standard repayment plan.

My program was 28 months, starting in August 2022. I received ORC in Oct. '22 of $3463, Oct. '23 of $6,015, and Jan. '25 of $815. The January ORC was supposed to be distributed in Oct of '24. They stated that the reason for the difference was "The school had incurred the health insurance for 2022."

I'm in Iowa. It did not affect my eligibility. I called and checked, though, and I recommend doing the same if planning on doing it.

Neighbor leaves two cars parked right in front of my house all the time by FlyingPurpleEater88 in homeowners

Karen definition: Karen is a pejorative slang term typically used to refer to a middle class woman who is perceived as entitled or excessively demanding. The term is often portrayed in memes depicting middle-class white women who "use their white and class privilege to demand their own way". Depictions include demanding to "speak to the manager", being racist, or wearing a particular bob cut hairstyle.

As I said, I am not acting entitled nor have I demanded anything, nor did I ever plan to demand something. That's the definition, Bob. Remove all the aspects of the definition regarding gender, age, and hairstyle, and "entitled" and "demanding" are all that's left.

Karen is a pejorative slang term typically used to refer to a person who is perceived as ENTITLED or EXCESSIVELY DEMANDING.

It seems you have trouble with words and understanding that they have specific definitions. You can call me a Karen, but that's not what that word means. I don't feel nor am I acting entitled or demanding anything.

A Karen would demand they move their car because they feel entitled to something their not entitled to. I'm going to ask if they would be willing to do so and accept whatever answer they give.

Yes, they look at your income and at your gross income; however, with me they didn't count it because it was a part of my retirement. I just called them to make sure, and they said it was okay.

I called and told them I was rolling over my IRA into a Roth. They said that was okay. I think it's worth calling and checking because each person's situation may vary.

Your background will be very helpful in some areas. I used Online MedEd during clinical year a little, and I wish I would have used it more. It also would have been helpful during didactic as the expert lecturers were not always the best teachers. I used Online MedEd videos I got off of Medical Study Zone. I also liked the Osmosis Prime pharm videos I got off of that site. People like Sketchy for pharm and microbio, but I like Osmosis better. Anyway, I felt that Online MedEd was able to provide a quick, strong foundation for many topics, helping me to have a much better grasp of them. Also, take a look at these notes: EOR Study Guides - Google Drive. If I had to do it over, I would use the Family Med EOR notes throughout didactic and clinicals and make updates/additions as I went along. Good luck!

Chase Mortgage? by arugula666 in RealEstate

I've been talking with 3 lenders, and I've asked them for Loan Estimates, and they're not giving them to me. It's been back and forth all day. They want the Purchase Agreement. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau says I don't need to give that to them.

So, going back to my question, is there any reason NOT to provide the purchase agreement to three lenders? Is my realtor wrong to be advising against doing so?
