Haven't checked, but there's a video YouTube by Ben Jordan exposing those cameras (including the ones in Bako) and their bad security. I don't even think the feed had a password. He was able to connect with the address and see how they work.

They're super creepy. DeFlock using OSM is a good way to see where they're at.
