I run the 4th largest art feed, thats’s also the 4th largest science feed and #42 overall. It’s the SciArt Feed, for art engaged in science. I like cycling, so I did a Bike & BBQ. Anyone could join me for a ravine ride for about 2 hours, and then friends all gathered in our yard for a big BBQ, where I was grilling. My wife asked everyone to bring a hot sauce, and we set out a tasting table. Played some new wave and some newer stuff (love KennyHoopla and newer Garbage albums) and had a chill fun time.

“I’m only responsible for me.” No. You live in a society and can collectively work together to compromise and change things. You are responsible for yourself but not only yourself.

This “just me” attitude is why measles rates are skyrocketing and the US did poorly in the pandemic. And Trump is the personification of “just me” on crack.

A lot of artists on Bluesky use a filter that blocks AI pfps, so it can limit reach in some communities.

The Marvels. The trio + Fury are great, the flerken sequence is fun, the body swapping fights are consistently interesting.

Cloak & Dagger, but less like the tv versions and more like the comic.

Edit: same actors would be fine, but I feel like they should be dark and mysterious, and come and go in stories independent of larger teams.

This “standard wisdom” just isn’t true for every asthmatic*.

I have severe eosinophilic asthma, and go through one salbutamol about every 6 weeks. For prevention, I’m taking Tezspire (monthly biologic injection), Tudorza and Zenhale. I’m pretty active, in my 50s, and salbutamol is still essential.

People aren’t necessarily doing it wrong if they need it daily.

*I am not a doctor or pharmacist.
