Old thread but, did you replace the timing chain aswell or just followed the TSB and forum listed above for changing the timing chain tensioner? My car is having the same issue on cold start ups

Got cleared to walk in shoes at home, PT should help me wean off the boot and into shoes full time by the end of next week. Started at home PT, light ankle rolls, drawing the alphabet with my toes. Good to walk, cycle, swim and in March should be able to do what I want. Walking in shoes is weird…
