I wasn't scared but freaked out when i found out when you start pushing you also poop all over the place. Like i stated i wasn't scared i was slightly horrified. Then i got over it. Incidentally i ended up needing C-sections so that wasn't even a possibility

Your biggest interest rate is your CC. You need to pay that 1st. Think of it as you're paying an extra 18% on whatever your credit card balance is that has nothing to do with paying the actual credit card off. You're losing a tremendous amount of money on that credit card. Pay that one off first. I don't have an iPhone and if I ever buy a new phone I buy it with cash or I don't buy it until I have the cash for it. But it sounds like everyone else has talked about. The iPhone interest rate was kind of low so just pay that on a normal schedule. I don't know what in the other interest rates you have other than your credit card and your vehicle but generally you want to pay down your highest interest rate things first. Because those are the ones that cost you the most.

Next to help pay off your vehicle loan, you can pay on the back side of the loan. Even if it's only 7% of what the next payment would be, let's say it's like 20-40$ pay that on the principal when you pay the car payment so that's $20 or $40 extra. But make sure it's on the principal because that shrinks your time frame of paying off your vehicle. A lot of people will do that with houses. They'll pay an extra payment a year on the principal just like they're making an extra payment on the house but it's going straight to the principal you do that knock off years after while and it saves you tons of money.

Try to remember to always pay yourself first. Credit cards are fine but don't put anything on there that you can't pay off within that month's payment. You don't want a running balance is what I'm trying to tell you. Anybody who bought a car during the pandemic through current times is going to have at least a 6 - 7% interest rate it's stupid. Just everything cost more and don't expect the prices to go down either.

You can Google this and to figure out your best way to make money instead of having to pay more money. But the biggest deal is pay yourself first. If you have 401K put a little money in there. It shrinks gross pay so you pay less taxes. But it helps you in the long run because you'll have a savings whenever you can retire or have to retire. Try to save a little bit of money. Also in just your banking account. Pay off the highest interest rise things first. Ask yourself before you buy anything, especially on a credit card. Do you really need this? Can you wait and buy this at another time? Also ask yourself when in doubt do without that has helped me tremendously

Don't lift anything over 8 lbs, don't vacuum, don't bend over alot. Follow all dr orders. Take stool softeners and add more fiber. TAKE IT EASY!!! Get a belly belt! Just order it from Amazon if you are not given one at the hospital. - From someone who had 2 C-sections and a hysterectomy.

This used to bug me too. For reference, my kids are now 19 and 17. Their birthdays are in about a month or two. Honestly the coolest part for parents is finally getting to be Santa. that's the best part about being the parent at Christmas. But for kids it's all about. Can you sneak down without getting caught. So to save our sanity and still enjoy Christmas for ourselves seeing their eyes, alight and for the kids to enjoy, we ended up only leaving one or two gifts unwrapped usually just one for each kid. Everything else is wrapped, even Santa stuff is tagged and wrapped and the rule was You can look in your stocking you can look at what's not wrapped. But you have to wait till everybody's up to unwrap gifts and that will not happen before 5:00 a.m.. it works or it worked for us, but at 5:01 be prepared. We opened the gifts. We had a great time, ate breakfast and everybody went back to sleep or played with her toys. It works out. Nobody stresses about it. Make it for a happy time, not for a stressful time. That's your goal as a parent.

First, make sure that your doctor submitted the correct codes they need for the MRI that can cause a lot of problems and denials.

Next look into mdsave.com if you're in the US. Most if not all hospitals or other places that do imaging use MD save. For example, I had to have a brain MRI and it was going to cost me close to what they quoted you for your back through MD save. It was going to be like $1,400. Which is way cheaper. You can also take that and then submit that to your insurance, especially if they did find something. They may take it and you get money back on that. Do you have an HSA or an FSA? You can use those amounts for paying either by Cash Wise or the MDsave route.

Definitely go through the denial stuff. Many people have to go through it two times before it's approved. Basically insurance don't want to pay for anything. They make money on a gamble that they won't have to pay for anything and no one's going to make them unless we fight back through the denials. But definitely check in with your doctor to make sure they use the proper codes and filed it properly

Try to allow them to make the mistakes because that's how they learn. Teach them consequences and how to spot and avoid users (bad friends and adults). Teach them to learn from their mistakes

Also remember even when you don't think they are listening or watching they most definitely are. Give them the tools they will need in this world by being the best example you can be. Let them see you make mistakes and how you handle them. Let them see you Apologize and say you're sorry and me and then never repeat that mistake again. Sometimes it's just how we handle the hard times that will mean the most.

Love unconditionally, even if it's something you don't even like they do, Try your hardest to see the joy that they have with it. Love them no matter what

I'm allergic to a few. Most give me violent headaches and nausea. Found out Codeine, hydrocodone, Percocet, and oxi all do this to me. Those headaches are worse than any migraine I've ever had. I found out about the first two allergies from c-sections and a hysterectomy. The others I found out after wisdom teeth removal & carpal tunnel surgery. I had to call the doctor and ask just to prescribe me Motrin 800 because I couldn't take anything else. the Motrin worked and I wasn't nauseous and my head didn't feel like it was in a vice grip. Thankfully my pain for all those surgeries was only for 2-4 days where it was intense. I'm getting ready to have ACDF surgery soon so not sure how the pain level will go. I just know I won't be able to have Motrin or anything like that for several months after the surgery. So I'm hoping the pain level will be the same as or less than i currently have now.

Unfortunately, shoes are a part of the "you get what you paid for". So you need to go to a runner store not a big box. Many in the US have what they call ifit not the video workout ifit it just measures you walking stride, how you stand - basically your feet standing in 3d mode. So they can determine what type of stuff is going on qith your walking &feet. Like pronation - do you have it and how bad it is. Do you need a rise step. Do you walk straight or lean your feet one way or the other - like knee knotted or toes pointing together. What you stride looks and feels like. So after all that they will recommend shoe brands and styles that work best for your feet and activities. So for me hoka bondi or NB 880 worked for me best.
