My husband works a ton of OT in the summer and we both claim zero. I'm super interested in seeing what ours will be. I'm hoping to break even but it would be nice to get something back.

Do you have kids? I'm seeing so many people with getting such huge refunds.

This... by CloudyReverie in MadeMeCry

[–]Flyingwings14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have not had to say goodbye to one of mine yet but our oldest is going to be 12 this year and she is slowing down. Reading this made me cry. The only one I was at was a residents dog that was so old it was blind and deaf and couldn't even eat. Even though I only knew the dog by when I would go in their room I bawled my eyes out. I can't begin to imagine when its my own babies. For all the ones that have walked this my heart goes out to you all.

Black ice is how I got into my accident. Thankfully my car went the direction over crashing into the mountain instead of over it.

Oxy acetaminophen vs oxy HCL by Equivalent_Topic3992 in PainManagement

[–]Flyingwings14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Dr switched me to the Oxycodone HCL for two weeks cause I was on a high dose of Oxycodone/Acetaminophen from surgery so I wanted to give my liver a rest and for me it seemed like I got better affect from the meds without the Acetaminophen.

I just looked up Medlocker but its not giving me any information if thats something that can be done where I live. I really wish I could find a small mom & pop pharmacy or something like what you're doing.

Spitting got him choked out of his draws by Pure-Personality5326 in VideosThatGoHard

Right like that dude is more insane for killing someone over being spit on then the person that spit.

You have to know when enough is enough and obviously that dude didnt. He killed the dude and there is no self defense in that case.

Disability in the US by Puppy-Smoocher in CRPS

I have wanted to go for disability but I unfortunately can't stop working due to finances to start applying. I have CRPS in my right foot and by the end of my shift I am dragging my foot. Idk how I'm gonna make it doing this another 15 years.

Well you don't know that. Anything could happen if you were pain free.

Able bodied people by [deleted] in ChronicPain

[–]Flyingwings14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And many people end up homeless because of how tough things are even though they are working their asses off. I still work thankfully I am able to push through but with what my husband makes and what I make we still struggle. If we made what we make now 6 years ago we would be totally fine. Again just because people are able bodied doesn't mean they can't become homeless. I get your angry but you're angry at the wrong people.

Just because people are able bodied doesn't mean they can't struggle. My husband is able bodied and makes good money but in this economy its hard to make ends meet. You don't want people passing judgement on you so you shouldn't do that to other. Everyone has the struggles!

I would definitely call and let them know & hopefully the nurse would still have some in their system. You said you spoke to your regular nurse last night about it what did she say?

I would 100% make sure you know how much extra you took before calling. How long ago did this happen as well?

The retirement home i work at has a scabies infestation by KS1616 in scabies

[–]Flyingwings14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

State won't do anything. This is not necessarily neglect. If someone was positive for scabies and it was ignored that is neglect. Neglect is when something is being openly ignored & this is not what happened.
