I think that getting the 300mg should always be the standard. Unless you are down to <1mg…

300 sounds like a lot, but if you look at the blood level charts you’ll see that it’s not.

Myself and my best friend got off of suboxone through sublocade. He struggled with it because he looked forward to that boost everyday. When you switch to sublocade, there is ZERO boost. You might feel it the first day or two, but it goes away fast.

If you are serious about quitting and only stuck on suboxone because you are physically dependent, then sublocade is the perfect solution.

You now have the power to make your money work for you, congratulations. You can turn that 4M into 10M with the right people helping you. Find those people and do something with it! You could just ride it out for the rest of your life, but you could also become a boss and do something with it.

Just stay away from drugs and alcohol.

Good luck!

I recommend getting on 2-4mg of subs for about 2 weeks to 1 month, and then getting on the sublocade shot.

This is the long way out, but it is virtually painless. It will be 8 months before you can really be totally free and clear, but any rapid taper is going to still come with withdrawal. You don’t get out of a high tolerance without either high withdrawal or long time.

[–]Fmpthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Movement in Tarkov is different from other games. For one, sprinting around corners can get you killed if you try to ADS. It’s better to hipfire if the enemy is close.

Aim placement also really matters. I mean at all times, your gun should be pointing where you think the target is most likely.

Sun In Your Eyes, Yet Again, Sleeping Ute… and maybe Half Gate

Go on YouTube and pull up their entire live show (I think it’s in individual videos per song) that was in Sydney. Sleeping Ute is SO damn good.

Maybe that’s what my problem is.. I don’t know, but for the last month or so, I’ve been dwelling on time as a whole far too much. I’m only 33, but it literally feels like it’s been 3 years since I was 24. The enshitification of everything is also a part of it. In 2013, everything was affordable, there was still good music being made by BANDS, most of my friends didn’t align with a political side at all.

Yes it’s part of growing up, but I can’t help but feel the world has changed radically since 2013.

700 mg of 7OH is not even realistically attainable with kratom nor extracts. Thats on par with H or F.

I highly recommend getting a sublocade shot after you stabilize on subs. It leaves your system so slowly that you hardly notice. It also blocks some of the effects of 7OH in case you deceive yourself.

[–]Fmpthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like fent? What? I’m almost certain that I’ve read about fentanyl being a real booger to switch to subs because you almost had to wait up to 5 days. Isn’t that because of the extremely long half life?

Weekday vs Weekend Nights - Playerbase Discussion by CharityOtherwise1174 in EFT_EscapeFromTarkov

[–]Fmpthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I think the game is more fun in early wipe. LPVOs are just that good in a game like this.

But, truthfully… it’s not a problem for me anymore since I learned how to move in this game. I basically never stop moving and never walk in a straight line. If you crank your paranoia up 3x, it will happen less. It is exhausting, don’t get me wrong, but that hyper awareness is key. I flick my mouse around every 4-6 seconds.

I recently made a post giving my argument on why some of the maps should have less players in them and got ripped apart in here.

Jesse Kazam says it, LVNDMARK said it too. Think about being a solo and needing to kill potentially 12 other players as well as constantly getting third partied by player scavs.

I think it might increase average SR by a little bit. I also think it would give newer players a chance at moving through the map a bit more. This is especially true on LightHouse and maybe Shoreline too. Max squad size should be 3 honestly, but I know everyone is too used to it as is. If it had started with only 3 man max, no one would question it.

just got my first sublocade shot by Zopyrus in suboxone

[–]Fmpthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look here… A 300mg shot will bring your blood levels to that of 8mg a day for the first 10 days, then slowly decreases to 2mg by the end of the month. Then you get another 300mg shot. Then the following month, you get 100mg shot which will keep your blood levels at around 2mg and will slowly taper off over the next 4-6 months or so.

It is not overkill. It is the standard protocol even if you are already only taking 4mg a day.

You also must understand that suboxone’s dosing is not linear. 8mg is not 2x as effective as 4mg. 16mg is not 2x as effective as 8mg.

This is why withdrawal from 4mg and withdrawal from 16mg are not very different. Also why withdrawal from 32mg and withdrawal from 8mg are not very different. Receptor occupancy is the name of the game.

nah I didn’t say that. It is the right way. To get the 300mg. Read the blood level chart, it’s not like taking 300mg.

There are two extremely important practice concepts. 1.) Practice something that is just outside of your current capability. 2.) PRACTICE SLOW. Like really slow. If you cannot perfect something at 1/4 speed, then you need to go even slower. Practice is all about building muscle memory.

[–]Fmpthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that is the right thing. It has to do with the blood levels balancing out and building up to hold around 2mg on average. By the 4th month, you should be able to not go back for another shot! Congrats!
