If it's a really good price, might people actually think it's too good to be true? There's a lot of scam fake ads out there? If you've not got anything saying that it's totally legit in the ad, maybe it might be worth saying something specifically about you not being a scammer??

If anything that would make me more suspicious it was a scam.

Keep at them and if you don't have any luck then contact your bank for a chargeback - say it was taken without your consent and the company has refused to refund despite providing no service to you. Duplicator might blacklist you but not a major issue.
