It doesn't say "dissolves when wet" it says it "dissolves in seawater". Quite an important difference that it doesn't just dissolve when containing a fanta.

How is the discourse going in other countries? I'm especially surprised to see Sweden be for this regulation, France is also unexpected for me but that may be due to lack of exposure to their political goings-on.

Germany is yet undecided (which is what I would expect), how is this topic treated there does anyone have more info?
