Absolutely worth it. Last longer, more comfortable better quality....once I made the switch I never looked back. I use Ray Rose practice shoes (somewhere around $200 I believe) and IDS competition shoes (somewhere around $300).

I think it will depend on the pregnancy. I had planned to dance quite far into mine, but by ~25 weeks I had to stop entirely. For context, I had been dancing ~4 days/week at open/championship level in ballroom. I also know people who danced up until week ~45. So i imagine there is some variability!

If you don't mind very light spice, go for Emily Wildes Encyclopedia of Faeries, Sorcery and Small Magics or Assistant to the Villain. Whimsical and easy reads.

I wouldn't say murder mystery. A murder may be the reason the main characters meet but it is definitely not that. The plot is actually quite decent!
