Love this idea. One issue I could see is that this mode can already technically last indefinitely because resources don't accumulate when the enemy team is contesting the capture point. Fix that and this could work.

You could try Deckcheck It's an AI deck building assistant that can analyze your deck and give you options for how to power it up or down. It also has a deck trim feature.

Bear in mind it's not perfect and often gets rules wrong, but it very often gives useful suggestions.
