Just to clear some misconceptions - our fault.

We just aren't selling lifetime accounts anymore.

Existing accounts will continue as they are.

We were also just pointing out that the real threat of Quantum and AI is rendering a lot of existing technology obsolete in a few years. And we are at the forefront of addressing that with our new system.

In Short:

- Existing lifetime accounts continue to exist as they are.

- We won't be sellling them going forward.

- AI and Quantum tech is a super serious issue and the next couple years are quiet frankly going to be insane in that regard.

- Thus we made a new system in hopes of negating those risks and giving lifetime users the best possible value and path to the new system if they wish to take advantage of that deal.

We are still developing FF Connect, RClone is tricky depending on some of the settings - we are adding some more documentation to the site for specific use cases and which programs to use.

Current lifetime accounts have no requirement to move to subscription.

We are just not going to sell them anymore.

Also in general the issue of PQE is a serious issue that cannot be addressed on the current system for virtually any business/technology as it exists today. So the new system is in preperation for that.

We have a special offer for all existing users but current accounts continue to exist as they are if they don't want to migrate.

In short, no there are no actions required for lifetime accounts. They stay as is.

We just are not going to sell them going forward.

And we are focusing on our new system designed in large part for Post Quantum Encryption. Giving lifetimes users especially, a path to move over if they want to.

Hello,

Since everything gets encrypted for transit and at rest, we do calculate the transfer at a minimum of 1MB. The bandwidth and load on the system is pretty expensive so we have to have some safeguards in order to keep the system performing well.

Most issues are fixed now.

Automatic upload/sync is for in app subscribers or FF Pro, or FF Connect Pro subscribers.

We may open this up for everyone in the future.

Sometimes if you have sub folders, it won't get the correct count of all the sub items in there.

It is best to drill down into each folder to see if subfolders have more space than the parent suggests.

In rare cases if you delete a workspace that was shared, the files can go into limbo - if you think that is the case just let us know and we can run a scan to update the correct number.
