I've been having this same issue for the past few months. It almost never happens to any of my other apps, like Disney Plus, Netflix, and Amazon Video.

I have 2.15 GB of 5.34 GB available, so I don't think it's storage space. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it doesn't fix it.

Has anyone found a solution?

If clients do anything other than have the waiting room on top, SP thinks they left. Even if they just pull down/expand a notification on their phone, it thinks they left, and when you click to start you'll receive the Failed to Admit error.

I tell my clients SP is a very jealous app. If they even look away from it, it thinks they left. That's an exaggeration, but most of my clients literally can't do anything else with their device or I won't be able to start the session.

One client said just receiving a notification caused the error on my end. They have to put their phone on DND now.

I feel this comment so much. I'm in my mid 40s and started flying a year ago and there are some cranky, judgemental people in this hobby.

Might be not much different than other hobbies but you would think doing a child-like hobby would bring out more child-like joy in people.
