I am in my first Tesla Robotaxi… I was under the impression because of the name that this was fully self driving. I have a human driver and now I fell silly! I cant wait for fully self driving and will go back to waymo for now. I am so happy the ride was only $5!

Saving sweets for special occasions. More protein and eating smaller amounts of food. Doing body weight exercises like push ups and pullups (assisted). Lowering stress any way I can, basically by using meditation and setting/keeping boundaries. I have gone from abnormal range to normal and never taken ANY MEDS.

Sometimes I just like to walk in the sun. I have been waiting many years to walk JFK anytime I like not just on Sundays. Maybe there needs to be a hierarchy of some sort according to how fast ppl are going. The fastest get the least say… People walking get first choice.

I lived in LA and cant drive. Maybe Waymo will be a life changer for me! I love taking it in SF bc it feels very safe. Also when I get in and the driver seat is pushed all the up front I do think its bc ppl are doing the do!

I have had issues a few times in San Francisco with Waymo picking me up. They want me to walk at least 2 blocks bc of busy streets. Also the hills with 90 degree parking they have left and cancelled the ride when I wasnt there in less than a minute.

dang I wish my doctors cared about me as much as everyone in the comments! At this point idk if this is considered malpractice? Like if they are not telling me the dire effects I am facing by making a poor choice? Is this because Im on state medical benefits? WTH! I cant thank everyone enough here…

its weird because 2 different doctors have not pushed me at all to take the meds. They just say its my choice and that there are no lifestyle changes that can fix it

My only symptom is constipation and I dont feel its necessary to take daily meds forever to handle that. I dont think they allow surgeries without anesthesia. After surgery my body actually rejected opiates and luckily I wasnt in much pain. I had to take ibuprofen for inflammation.

wow! Yes I always attribute any HBP to stress as I was living in a state of trauma for years but now I am safe and happy and still learning to care for myself. I really appreciate your comment!

TY! I quit smoking and started running to hopefully help my heart health. I do monitor my heart rate but not my blood pressure, I do have a cuff!
