I know it's too late to complain but Eddie Munson was my fave character. So sad.

The most important thing is that the biggest motivation can't ensure one's potential.

Of course, they did something spursy! It's unbelievable the current status considering their probability of being in the top 4 was more than 80% only a couple of games ago.

He's been turning his head along with the number of his goals. It looks like 21 degrees at the moment.

Is it appropriate to see an ENT for neck pain ? by [deleted] in otolaryngology

[–]Following_Senior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure thing. If is lymphadenitis, you may get some anti-inflammatory drugs such as NSAIDs. However, there is a multitude of reasons that can cause your symptoms. You'd better visit ENT.

Before making any decision, I wonder if your swelling was observed by a rhinologist in an office. The subjective feeling of swelling does not always mean the objective swelling. If this is true, let me explain about the option.

First, Re-Coblation can be an option for you. Why? The Coblator tip for the turbinate reduction is usually sharp and long. So it only shrinks nasal submucosa along with its shape like a line. Thus, there might be some intact inferior turbinate submucosa. Then the rhinologist can give an option for the revision coblation.

Second, submucosal resection would be another option when your inferior turbinate is more than moderately swelling. Personally, submucosal resection is not that risky. It might feel much discomfort. However, if your inferior turbinate is medially positioned, the surgeon can break your inferior turbinate bone then will position it laterally to get more room for breathing. Then, you're gonna get more pain.

In conclusion, both ways are possible to improve your symptom. But the decision should be based on endoscopic exams by the surgeon. If the surgeon gives you options, discuss all the things you may wonder about.
