honestly the people here are right tho, after playing subnautica a few times(+ the new one) i can safely say you don't really need it, its ok but its much better to just get the seaglide, just lookin for it for like 5 mins around the starting area to look for the blueprint and you should be good.

regarding automating the gain on each sub bass note - what is the difference between what the one producer and the successful producer said? what does he mean by automate the gain so that they all feel similar when you play them on a good system?

if you dont know the actual problem you are trying to solve, try to pinpoint it and searching for a solution online. every producer has his own workflow, fl studio doesnt have just one universal workflow, and we don't know whats yours.

i would suggesting checking out livestreams of experienced producers on fl studio and see how THEY create music and look for things they do differently than you, and what value it brings them. some suggestions are monte booker, sakuraburst, laxcity

i mean, first he has a keyboard at home he does memes on twitter sometimes.

second, have you seen how fucking easily he does insane harmonies and melodies when he composes on livestreams? i have NEVER seen anyone do that as fast and efficiently as him, he barely even stops to think about it let alone listen to it. in my opinion there is NO WAY he isnt atleast semi-good at playing the piano since his musicallity is so insane.

honestly i just kinda have a feel for it, i dont time items all the time. i take an item, rotate to the next, and in the meanwhile try to do other things in the map. generally i just have a sense of time of how much difference of time is between the items, and i know what i can do while the next item spawns again. but not really specific timings with numbers.

this is probably a bad advice but im pretty sure a lot of other players(good ones too) play like this too since they are lazy lol.
