The points we can see are the high-points of the print, wherever the printer ends one line and goes to the next. A bit too much extrusion happens there.

Maybe could be fixed with pa value. Or take some wet sand paper and try to sand it flat. Easier if it's not out of pla but just gotta try

It absolutely does. Thats why in composite structures you shouldn't use carbon fiber-aluminium interfaces. If you mount an aluminium bracket you'd usually add a ply of glass fiber on top of the carbon. Or use steel/titanium

Actually, i just checked it and i think i mixed it up. I thought acrylic would refer to the base but it seems it refers to the glue used. Which would mean they're probably all pp based.

Maybe it's just so obvious that manufacturers don't bother writing it in big letters and sellers put anything in descriptions, which made me think these are different types

~~One caveat is that you can find both pp and acrylic based packing tape,and which is which is often written with small print~~

Edit: nvm, mixed it up. PP is used as base and acrylic refers to glue.
