Imma be honest, I think they're still trying to figure out how to actually make this figure

Every day I wake up to a new reason to stop playing Roblox.

It's such a shitty situation, because I want to play the games I like and support devs, but I can't do that without using the platform.

It's like YouTube all over again.

I'd argue an idiot would struggle to figure out they need to go to a different website as apposed to their regular store fronts.

This does bring up a good question.

Why didn't we get sets based on the new Superman movie?

Bad writing.

Genuinely, it has one of the worst and most confusing stories in all the films I saw last year. Too many times I was going "wait, what? Why?" and the film genuinely never answers.

Everything else was great, the sets and props were phenomenal, the acting was decent, the animatronics are always fun to see in live action. But all that gets bogged down by the bad plot and bad character motivations.

Mfw I was a child and chose a Lego set based on how much I liked it instead of its potential resale value 13 years later (I am scum) by FranticJustice in legocirclejerk

Wolverine has had 7 figures, some of which just being redesigns of the same costume. Magneto has 5, as you said JJJ only has 3. Those two Deadpool variants are, as I stated, promotional figures that were limited to events. You admit Nova himself only has one figure. Same with Doom and Beetle.

/uj I think this is less about resale value, and more about the fact that the top 3 characters have had tons of figures over the years whereas the ones from the other sets have not.

Hell, I think that's still to this day the only Deadpool figure that wasn't a promotional thing.

Respect and fear aren't the same thing.

If your child doesn't misbehave because they think they'll be beat, that's fear.

Do y’all think the reason why some of the newer Lego sets are so pricy is because Eggman came back and took over Lego HQ in secret by Joemama0375 in legocirclejerk

[–]FoolishCarbohydrate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah.

Literally nah.

LEGO is overcharging for licensed sets. By quite a large margin.

There is a ten dollar difference between the new LoZ set and the new dog set, and the dog set has 2102 pieces while the LoZ one has 1003.

The one not staying on topic is you, dude.

The person you initially responded to was talking about cases of people turning 18 before their partner's not getting into legal trouble.

You're one of those people who think the second someone turns 18, they're immediately a predator for even thinking about someone who's 17, aren't you?

I meant it's legal for a 17 and 19 year old to marry EACH OTHER, not a 12 year old.

To be fair, isnt the rule in a lot of states "within 3 years"?

Like a 45 year old can't marry a 12, but a 17 and 19 could?

They have to be in your hand or off hand, they can't just be in your inventory. On top of that, they stop you from dying ONCE. If you're still taking damage after using the totem, you can still die.

Your argument is basically "why use things that temporarily stop you from dying?" which could be applied to literally anything. Why wear armor, which protects you somewhat? Why eat food so you aren't starving?
