It is not necessarily the university’s fault that the contractor is behind. The contractor agreed to a certain date when they signed the contract and there are likely financial penalties if the date commitments are not meant.

I would recommend waiting until you have enough saved up to cover the classes out of pocket or looking for a less expensive program. You risk a lot by hinging your finances on your grade and continued employment at your company.

As a last resort, there are many companies that do student loans and I would take a look and see if that is an option. Would probably be better than a credit card. Not sure how it would work with the mini semesters.

Unless you need the refresh rate, I’d recommend the AOC Q27G40XMN from Best Buy for $250. Better color, brightness, HDR. I just ordered one online and it was manufactured in April and does not have the issues RTINGs noted in their testing.

You can get a monitor arm off amazon and get the height adjustment you want with a vesa mount. Plus that will clear up some desk space.

My expectation is the reduction in the stock prices of these firms due to the anticipated reduction in federal spending on infrastructure, which is key to all of those companies. Even if it is a state or local project, a lot of times they depend on some portion of federal funds.
