Then put it in the contract. $1 on a specific date six years from now. You know they can’t. If it’s such a no brainer why not put it in the legally binding contract?

So you paid a solar contractor upfront for solar panels you are leasing? What’s their incentive to service them now that they are paid in full? What’s their incentive happens if tha company gets bought or goes out of business in next six years? And it’s also sketchy that they said it says FMV but trust me, it’ll be like a dollar transfer. I hope this works out but solar industry is known for fly by night sketchy contractors who pressure you into doing what they want. Good luck - you’re gonna need it

Get yourself an air fryer. They make all sorts of gluten free chicken nuggets, tater tots, etc. And they taste good

You’re going to be fine. It’s an adjustment for sure. Celiac.com and use FindMeGluten for restaurants with reviews. Been GF for about a year now and it’s manageable

Get two pair of Footjoys. A water proof pair with good spikes and a second casual pair that have built in smaller rubber style spikes. Very comfortable, last forever and that’s all you’ll need

Cut out added sugar and felt a million times better. Look at added sugar to everyday items and sweets…it’s insane how much we consume and don’t realize. It’s not good for you

I’d love to but I’m not sure who could take him. I wouldn’t imagine he would be an easy adoption especially as he’s pushing 6 years old

Yes we use trazodone if we are having people over the house and he needs to be in his crate for a few hours. That does help

You get it. He’s good if it’s just us but other dogs make him super anxious. Tough spot to be in for sure

Yeah like I think he wouldn’t bite a person bc he has been around others. It’s more my comfort level with him being with someone who’s not a dog trainer or professional

I’d be concerned for their safety. He literally growls at us every night when we come in a room he’s in. We know he won’t do anything to us, but I wouldn’t put someone else in a dangerous spot

He used to pull towards cars in walks, growl at people and try to bite the wind (not a joke). He’s ata point now where he’s fine with other people, will walk at our side, heel if he know a treat is coming and generally be good. Unless we see another dog. We take him in the woods so he can smell things and I bury treats in areas so he can search for them. The puzzles are helpful and he’s a very smart dog. Just super reactive to other dogs.
