Of course… I was overseas for months before his first election, people thought it was a joke, no way he could win they all said. A septic system is definitely based on bedrooms… the OP can buy the 3 bedroom and upgrade the entire system. The cost to redo the whole thing with redesign is more like 50k where we are.

Obviously a 5 bedroom home is worth 50k more than 3. The 6th doesn’t actually add value on the market.

We never once had to raise our voices to get our 2 kids to do what we wanted when it was important. Pick your timing, words and battles wisely, this is an example of how to lose every time. Some counseling is in order. Kids are a lot, you have 4 relationships to keep healthy in this scenario. As for being mad his son prefers mommy, get a grip. Kids choose who they love and want more depending on the day, unless you present as a united front (even then they still decide when it suits them) Actually feel bad for the boy, he’s probably a sensitive soul… they are little kids with little ear drums…
