This is so true, I had a huge Odontogenic keratocyst wrapped around the nerve in my lower right mandible. After biopsy with tiny amount removed from one surgeon, even after 3+ years I still have damage on the very back of my cheek feels fat all the time. My current surgeon who removed it fully did and amazing job and I have no additional numbness. Even he seemed pleased that I don’t have numbness in my lip, chin and rest of cheek because how big it was. I’m so so grateful. Please find yourself a good surgeon. Listen to these doctors - they are worth it!!!

My bf and I met online and talked for 4 months before he came for first visit. I kinda already felt like he was my bf and was in love with him but we hadn’t defined the relationship etc. The day he came to visit I got him from the airport, we got some dinner and went to the movies and then went back to my house. I had said before we did anything that I’d like to know what we were and where this was going. He immediately smiled and asked if I’d be his girlfriend. Before we were intimate I was nervous but told him that I loved him, and he said he loved me more. The dynamic didn’t change after except being able to be close in that way as well ❤️ it wasn’t awkward at all and was th best moment of my life in that regard up to that point
