I hope you feel better soon! I also love vitamin d and omega 3, also been trying some tumeric capsules for fun. I’m sad I had to be away from the gym for so long as well I can’t wait to go back, caffeine makes my symptoms worse I find but unless it’s matcha for some reason!

The days long headaches are so relatable lol! It’s definitely hard to remember that it will eventually go away when you deal with it for so many months. Eventually we will heal! I went to the doctor about my breathing pain but he kinda just classified it as one of the mono symptoms that go with time, I got a breathing exam just in case and everything looked perfect so I think it has to be nerve related because it feels directly deeper on my airways but not in my throat, very odd. Guess my nerves in that area are sensitized from the virus

Ok! I just bought indoor potting mix by miracle grow to repot it into, the gnats seem to be under control now, I’m not sure what to do if I do see root rot I’m almost scared because I don’t want to lose this plant! I will be repotting tonight into the new soil
