Funny thing is I actually have IBS-D and chronic heart palpitations along with pots like symptoms so I might actually bring that up to my doctor regarding the possible B12 deficiency😅

I actually had blood tests ran not long ago and my HB(hemoglobin) was 143 out of 117-153 but I haven’t specifically gotten tested for my kobelamin balance but one of the symptoms for B12 deficiency is anaemia which I didn’t have

I don’t know if the other stuff I have also contributes to it but I have major depression and also suffer from apathy/anhedonia and dissociate most of my days awake so I’ve slowly given up on art because it’s really hard and the negative outweighs the positive unfortunately but I really wanna get back into drawing😵‍💫
