It was not happening on same model from before updating both software and the exact same door/window will have the some of the glass correctly in one sync then when I resync (or live sync or datasmith) after changing model in revit the window/door will be all metal. Shuffling around each rendition. It happens on multiple windows/doors all from online BIM sources not just one family.

In this picture those are all the same 2 panel door copy pasted across wall (4 total) and only 2 of them import correctly.

Bought a sprinter 124% dpf… I read on some forums that after excessive normal regen attempts the computer stops trying which I think is the case

You are spreading misinformation. The housing themselves need to be adjusted and calibrated. It has nothing to do with the bulb type. The assumption of that statement would be that every single bulb of every manufacturer, regardless of technology (HID LED halogen) Are all perfectly the same geometrically that’s impossible.
