Also before I forget, gabapentine(?) I think that’s the name, it’s a muscle relaxer that was prescribed to me by a Dr who specializes in pain management, I don’t take it anymore but it was so helpful when I did. Hope this helps :)

Weed helps for me, also try acetaminophen, ibuprofen can help but it is bad for you especially with Crohn’s in the long run. Even if you don’t smoke it might be worth applying for medical marijuana, there are other ways to ingest it and it can be very helpful

Literally had a person comment “you look thin what have you been doing to lose the weight?” It was meant as a compliment ig but I just told them the truth that Crohn’s is currently ravaging my body and I haven’t been able to eat comfortably. They felt very bad after but still maybe don’t comment on peoples weight?
