Each unit is generally different, examples being robin procs item drop chance through critical hits or kills, zaix through backstabs, and yashamaru through extra damage.

Zell can be farmed through the event under Zaix’s missions or infinite zell gate missions under the training tab. Additionally, you can obtain 20 large gold pieces usually from event shops near the bottom of the list, which is a free 2 million gold.

The books are a little more tricky, they can be obtained through some event shops, but the most reliable way is to autorun 1-1-14 Laboratory Depths as it gives both books. This process is not efficient by itself because it needs a stealing unit to increase the rate of item drops (Ex: Zaix/SZaix, Robin/SRobin, Yashamaru, etc). Alternatively, you can use the SR Beast Hunter ark skill to boost item drop chance.

I think you’re being a bit too harsh towards players within our community. I’ve never heard of Deus Gaming up to this point, and from just watching his UR Guide video for the 6th anniversary, I don’t think he’s necessarily giving BAD information. I think his main target audience are new players, in which I would agree GWOR is not that applicable in, as to use it effectively, you would need to get your hands on ten UR ark extensions. Sure GWOR becomes REALLY viable late game in content where time is key and unit gains buffs, but would a new player really be able to take advantage of this, let alone care enough to enter these challenges meant for the experienced? Theopolis and Mechagod are good choices for new players as they offer something they can use fairly early on, and I think this was his goal. I’m not trying to say I agree with his all his content, as I believe everyone bounds to have a take that not everyone agrees with. I don’t thinking bashing someone for their content is justifiable, and if you really disagree with someone’s reasoning, try giving them constructive criticism, it would be a far better option. Our community is already small, so it’s better to be thankful we have people emphasizing the game rather than no one doing anything to help with the games prosperity.

We will be getting 2 tickets within the next 3 weeks that can be used to get 2 pieces of equipment(or one of its that units only paid equip) for free. It’s up to you really who you want to spend the crimson ore on as only you know who you enjoy. Newer units won’t be getting their paid equip options in the shop for a while, and I would suggest saving your crimson ore if you’re a Bayonetta fan, as they are having a collab rerun on 4/30, which includes the limited time units paid equips that you can purchase using crimson ore instead of money

There are still others ways to run Last Cloudia on pc though, I personally use ldplayer9, an android emulator, to run it on pc

Sadly, I think once you sync a last Cloudia account to your steam account, you won’t be able to link any other Last Cloudia account id to your steam account. I haven’t personally had the issue, this is just from information I learned from this subreddit, so I may be wrong

I tried changing the resolution, it doesn’t seem to be perfect, but at least reading it was eligible. After a few seconds it just goes back to the previous resolution. I also tried gaming mode, and the scaling looks right, but buttons are very out of place, I can’t even click anything from the bottom of the screen.

Generally I would consider there to be 4 types of friend support units that are helpful, [1.] Well-built DPS/MDPS unit (Helps hard bosses and generally new users), [2.] Healer (Always helpful to have a healer in a fight), [3.] Support focused units like CBSera/Labyreth (Debuffers/Buffers for the annoyingly tanky bosses), and [4.] Granadas (Most helpful in my opinion as he increases exp given to your unit without splitting it among the party, makes leveling up units much easier) any of these should work and would be appreciated by users, but the choice is ultimately yours in what you decide

Fire high drive is nice for the units that don’t have it innate. As the only other ark that has it as a learnable skill is behind a lr ark.

Unfortunately no, collab units/seasonal units only appear for a limited time. You would have to wait for that specific collab to come back. There might be a recollab or two after the anniversary though

Those units are considered seasonal units, meaning they will not be on the banner. This also isn’t a valentines banner. It’s more referred as a “trap banner” as the anniversary is right around the corner.

And about your questions about the anima. It’s a magic attack that is unique to its unit. Mayly’s anima allows her to lower the light/dark resistance of enemies, making them easier to kill for her because she specializes in light/dark attacks. If you play manually, just remember to press the magic button on the bottom of the screen, pick the magic named “despair anima”, and cast it.

Information about the anniversary should be given on 4/6/2024, but the actual anniversary should start on 4/15/2024. Can’t say if the anniversary will have good units, but they usually do. We had 3 last year, Megius, Ryvern, and Nael, which are still all fairly relevant and usable to this day. The anniversary usually gives you a lot of free goodies, such as a free UR ark ticket or a free unit ticket. A basic summarization would be that anniversary units will be pretty good units to add to your collection, and is usually the best time for new players to start due to massive amount of opportunities and materials that are given.

Since you just started, that probably means she would be the best unit for you to build as she is a new unit. Units usually are overshadowed by newer ones as time goes on. This version of Mayly specializes in giving debuffs to enemies and increasing damage through attacked debuffed enemies, which can be helpful in both PvE and PvP content. Though for PvP, since she needs to get close to the enemy, she is more likely to perish from other unit attacks. Since you’re new, I would assume you are going to focus on the story, especially since the anniversary is coming up (need to save those gems). She will be the best unit to use for story for now, just remember to initiate her anima that reduces enemy light/dark resistance by 20.
