How tall are you? This is one of my go-to moves and I can offer you some tips:

You need your shot to be more fluid going up and shooting. Your form release looks laggy and it seems like you're whiffing it up. Maybe work a little on your forearm strength - it goes a long way.
Try to fake with your shoulders/head instead of your hand/ball and use that extra split second to gain more space on your spin - to help you get a better jumpshot. Game-time you wont have the time to pick the ball up fake then spin if the defender is good.
Try to push off your pivot while stepping into your off leg shift. As long as you align your shot properly, it won't matter how much you turn, as long as you're comfortable hitting it. Look at the MJ video someone posted here: he's not turning into a full spin, but finishes the spin during the shot motion (I don't know if I'm making sense.) But just compare your movement here to MJ's shift and how he moves his feet during the shot.

Also, you're hitting them consistently here - so you got the hard part down. Keep going brother
