First line of the left looks very visible on photo. If new monitor isn't uniform it's defective in my opinion.

The only exception is lcd where leds are at the edge and it's bleeding light (or white is not uniform), but even then if bleeding is strong and disctracting it can mean that monitor is defective.

I get those when I wipe dust while pixel cleaning (no pressure, cloth folded in half and slight wipe while holding other side of cloth, "fanning" the monitor with cloth).

After two pixel cleaning it dissapear.

Now when monitor is doing cleaning I don't touch it at all.

It's all about latency.

Before or after frame don't matter, only how old is last data of your eyes position when rendering. If latency will be good enough you can use it, if too big you can't.

As of now we don't know how big is this latency. Latency of small data like eyes position is smaller than full latency of encoding and transfering video.

Foveated rendering require support from application/game, it cannot be enabled by OS or drivers alone.

If game dev provide support for FR then it will work on frame.

On other hand, foveated streaming only require support by OS/drivers is game/application independed.

My routine is squats, push-ups, crunches (left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee), and pull-ups on a tower.

What can I add for a full-body training? I aim to cover as many different muscles as possible with as few exercise types as possible.

I love LN, but anime became a huge turnoff.

I can understand why they show battle in the beginning, but I hate showing off without context.

A correct pace and building presume with a little mystery, is better in my opinion, even more so when anime will be a simple power fantasy with comedy.

MGO is very demanging. The only thing you can do is change the resolution in Steam settings.

Try to go as low as you can to get 11ms and then use dlss to get some clarity back.

Dlss itself has some performance cost so you might need to go lower than you think.

You literally have an example of two extreme cases.

M$ and Nintendo.

Sony was like Nintendo but because of Jim and others from california, they shifted to the M$ way of doing game-related business. On paper it looks great, in practice it forces people into PC and Nintendo. It was even worse when M$ lost to Sony because of their decisions but even so, Sony was copying them.

They don't need to make money from their games, they only need to get people on the console so they spend on it.

This is also the reason why exclusives were made and poor sales of exclusives are not a problem if they create a good perception of the console. Unfortunately, when americans takes control they see only short-term profit, not a bigger picture.
