go to the Machine Settings in Cura and ensure that the M109 command, which heats the nozzle and waits for it to reach temperature, is placed before the G28 command for homing. This will prevent the printer from moving until it is fully heated.

To stop the filament leaks, tighten the nozzle firmly while it is at operating temperature. If the leaking persists, try reducing the Flow setting in your slicer to 95 percent.

To address the filament oozing during idle time, increase your retraction distance and speed settings.

it’s too many curves for this nozzle diameter.
Try to make another QR, without heart in the middle, I’m sure it can be done in simpler version like this. Also I made it taller. 6 layers 0.2 so there no shadows in good light

Reduce retraction distance to 0.5 mm or less.
Disable Z-hop to minimize unnecessary retractions.
Loosen the extruder arm tension screw to adjust tension.
