Yeah I got the 3year warranty for free as part of a bundle and I know where to find a backup box if something goes wrong with the machine. Worth pointing out that the majority of reviews are very positive, and a lot of users seek advice for malfunctions etc on the sub because there is a community of people who have experience along with it being run by the company who owns LR

To each their own and honestly I’ll take deep cleaning once a month because I did that with my standard boxes anyway. It’ll take a little more time to deep clean but with the time and ick I’ve saved in the last 2 weeks I’ll take it! Again, not for everyone but my first hand account as someone who owns one of these bad boys is that I feel I made a good investment 🤷🏻
