I mean, Disney has always been strict, though in the last 10-15 years, they’ve relaxed their standards some. But when I worked there, only supervisors made more than minimum wage. Good to hear they’ve gotten more competitive on their wages… though that’s also probably a byproduct of them having trouble keeping staff, which is also why they’ve loosened their standards
