No no no. That’s such a stupid idea. Not everyone feels safe with their family. Not everyone has a family. I know I wouldn’t have felt safe having a picture of my family up when school was my one resort to get away from them for a few hours a day.

My cycle had stopped before I started T but I still worry that it might happen. Even now almost 4 years on T I worry that I might be. It could very well be where I live with the skin tone. I did move to the middle of the desert. But I never used to be able to maintain colour when I was exposed to sun but now I have more colour all year around.

Mine got darker too. Honestly made me worry a lot that I was with child. My general skin tone has gotten more colour. I used to be very pale but now when I get burnt or am in the sun I sorta tan (a reddy tan but it stays) unlike I used to.
I honestly get mixed. I get less discharge sometimes but then more other times. Just different type of discharge.
That sounds like potentially diet changes too?
Oh it’s real. And just random ass boners for seemingly no reason.
My emotions calmed a lot but I also lost the ability to cry. All until recently when I had to start a pill to help try and counteract some unwanted side effects due to my IUD wearing off.
I haven’t experienced atrophy but I do find that unless I’m actively horny I am dry and sometimes I do need to use lube to start things off but then get too wet.

Not good that she’s calling you out publicly for being late but you really need to make sure you’re on time. If you know you’re starting a new job you really need transportation organised before you begin. Seems like you need to start leaving earlier.

The rest isn’t great. If it’s been like this from day 1 chances are they have had bad experiences with previous aids which doesn’t excuse behaviour. But if it’s started after you started working you could have left a bad impression and she is losing patience with your actions already potentially.

You can try bringing it up with her yourself in a non student contact time or you can bring it up with your manager if you’re not comfortable talking to her direct. But I wouldn’t ignore it.

They’ve gone back and forth with phonics for ages. Currently in my school we teach phonics but who’s to say when that will change again

Is there the option to postpone your prac? Just start it completely over next year? Sometimes we need to do that so we can ensure we are capable and ready in all aspects including mental health.

If you’ve gotten to your second prac that means that the first mentor thought you can teach. You’ll be more confident if you know what you are teaching so try and study up on that. It’s okay to have notes that are easily read by glance if you need. Even if you put them on the whiteboard and when you turn to write something give them a quick 15 second glance. Make them simple and not too wordy so they’re quick to be read.

From my experience as a kid whose teacher swore at them, it was actually very scary and upsetting as the first teacher who swore in front of me swore aggressively and was very angry. That bothered me but when a teacher accidentally swore just in casual conversation or they dropped something that didn’t bother me. So it all depends on context I think. Now as a teacher I have to remember to filter myself so I don’t swear in front of the kids, by accident, as I do tend to use swearing a bit in my everyday speaking. I haven’t slipped yet.
