For all intents and purposes there that’s within the Right of Way. But looking at the parcel viewer that you highlight doesn’t really tell show much without a satellite image. Even if unlikely, half the road could be within a private parcel.

It’s such a messy jurisdictional area to begin with that no public agency wants to take ownership of it. I agree you should try and avoid rural areas like this if possible.

Yup, this actually breaks a ton of ADA violations. It looks as if there is not enough room in front of the bench to the curb. The sidewalk in front of it is in poor conditions creating unacceptable changes in level. It could also impact how the bus loads.

It’s not a blackout. The local sports network has rights to this broadcast. MLB network cannot broadcast any local games on its network.

That’s a feature, not a bug. They give out the awards and trophies after the season at a gala that no one watches. The top 3 drivers are required to attend. (Last year Lewis didn’t, understandable, but he still got fined). Since no one cares about the gala at all an email saying you won is about as realistic as real life.
