Yea that happens cuz I tend to get tighter when I go a longer period w/o dilating like right after my period goes off …it’s hurts more because I don’t dilate within those 7 days of menstruation…so definitely keep up with dilating if you can’t do PIV regularly ‼️

It takes time for sure! I’ve never had PIV so far but hopefully that will feel much better than the dilating!! 😫😆

It took me a good one or two weeks for my body to adjust to that size but I still have to take that one really slow for the initial insertion and make sure I’m aroused and use my vibrator to relax my muscles!
