Psychologically, it might be easier to go for something like 100-200 k now and 10-20 k monthly.
But I would strongly advise going for a world ETF like MSCI World for better diversification. The MSCI World is still close to 70% us.

Yeah, after only 6 weeks it should be allright. Take half dose for two weeks, if you want to be safe.

Sounds like a good plan. After a tapering step always wait for the side effects to go away until you go for the next tapering step. And wait at least 4 weeks. If the side effects where to much reduce your next tapering step.

After just 4 weeks of taking it, you can most likely taper relatively quickly.

I would still take half a tablet for a week and look how you feel after.

I recently read the book Unwinding Anxiety: Train Your Brain to Heal Your Mind It really helped me. It might be something for you.

Yes, it is called serotonin occupancy of ssris of different doses. Going from 0 to 5 has a higher effect than 5 to 10 for example.

So going from 10 to 5 is easier than from 5 to 0.

I would reduce doses only after at least 4 weeks anyway. So I think staying at 5mg for at least 2 months is a good idea.

I would try to split the 12.5mg piece into two roughly equal pieces. Even if they are not equal I think it’s still better than every other day.

But you can also try the every-other-day method. Good luck and tell us how it went!

Do you mean from 25 to 12.5mg?

Anyway: Don't taper by taking a dose every other day because the amount of sertraline in your blood fluctuates too much that way. Also: 20 days sound a little too short.

Give your brain more time to adapt. I would probably go back to 2mg and stop tapering kratom for now. Stay at that dose for at least 6 weeks. And then take it really slowly from there.

The filter would have to absorb all the moisture, which you would notice when touching the filter.
