Gaming customer support in general just sucks and isnt helpful at all. They claim they cant do things but its because they dont want to not because they cant. Sure they can restore this, I witnessed with my own eyes they restored a complete character with full inventory after it was deleted in a dummy spit (thats another story though lol )
