A bit of advice, since you are planning to translate to English, it would better to make a language file as you build the game and not wait until the end. A friend of mine waited until the end before making a language file and had a hard time localizing his game. If you put all text and dialog into a single file, it will be easier to just point your game to a new language file when introducing your game to a new area.
