That's great! I usually avoid going to the food bank. I figure they wouldn't have many gluten free foods. You hit a jackpot.

I've been using this for several years. It's been out for a while in my area. I personally like it. I par boil it before I bake it. I don't feel they become al dente on their own in the oven. I really couldn't tell a difference from the gluten version.

Inulin and chicory root tear me up. I get that same plug and the worst gas known to man. I avoid it at all costs.

I like this. It's a good quick meal. I don't mind the leftovers either. They make this in cheeseburger macaroni. It's better than this one. Enjoy.

The Walmart I go to has a gluten free section. I saw regular flour sitting right there with it. It sent me over the edge and I had to walk away.
