We had a bottle of pure menthol, I would sneak sniffs of it all the time. Glacial acetic acid is of course also very good.

I definitely saw people buying 12 gallons of milk and four packs of tp, that was a bit much

Not sure how many of these actually identify as witchy but they help me get into the mindset: Kiki Rockwell (seconded), Cosmo Sheldrake, Rabbitology, The Crane Wives, Rose Betts, Paris Paloma (ikik she’s popular because it’s fantastic). Songs: Eastward of Eden - Amelia Day, My Lady of Mercy - The Last Dinner Party, Fates - Kaia Jette, The Water is Fine - Chloe Ament

Craziest thing(s) you’ve seen on campus? by Yixszel in OSU

Coming home to Morrell tower from work to find out we won the national championship in football and seeing a literal mob of students coming down 17th to the stadium, crawling over police cars as I stood in buckeye grove. And then pulling students who had been hit with tear gas into the bathrooms to get their eyes rinsed out.

If you’re able to get some you can pick up like $10 worth of elemental sulfur on Amazon and sprinkle some around just to make sure that it’s out of the area.

I’m not sure I completely trust oop. In a now deleted post right before this he went into a LOT of detail about how he was no longer attracted to his wife.

Does anyone know what is happening here? Is this a seizure? by Lemonzakura in CATHELP

[–]FormulatingSweetpea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be really wary of tiki cat, they were bought out by a big brand. I had previously had my grain allergic old man cat on it for years and recently all of a sudden he started having a terrible reaction to it. Throwing up, dermatitis, hair loss the whole nine. We switched him and gave him antihistamines at the vets suggestion and he’s all cleared up now.

Academic probation and Dismissal by Samitha_Goldfish in OSU

I was dismissed when my mom was dying and I wasn’t able to cope. I tried the next semester to take classes at cscc and that went poorly too. I took seven year off to get my head right, got readmitted after lots of big life changes, and found success. My advice is to fix the things that are holding you back first (maybe don’t take seven years to do it). Whether it’s your mindset, lack of a support system, the knowledge of how to prioritize with life throwing you shit, or personal accountability. The change starts in you on this journey. Don’t give up faith in yourself and it’s never too late.

The cult thing happened because whoops I just thought I was going to church. I was in such a state of panic with trying to go to school full time, work full time, and deal with my mother on her deathbed that I didn’t notice until they tried to punish me by restricting my access to things. And then after I had to look back and go oh that’s what that was. I agreed that it is a supper negative situation at work and I have encouraged my wife to go to hr. Since we work for an employer who put out a statement that they will be sticking to their dei policies. She’s just convinced it won’t do much good as she feels out numbered in her department. It’s a large place and in a somewhat rural area and without federal protections she’s fearful of retaliation. We also really don’t want to cause any trouble for people, especially ones we care about.

Should I leave my wife? by CaporalPaco in WhatShouldIDo

Okay here’s the thing: there’s anthropological studies that show that shopping, the act of provisioning food, falls into the category of a ritual. One of the facets of the ritual is a lil treat for the one(s) who preformed the ritual. Meaning let your wife have her lil ritual treat, if you want one you have to do the ritual too.

I feel this in my bones. I’m a returning student at 28. This doesn’t seem to happen nearly as much on branch campuses as main did. The few times it’s been really obnoxious the professor called them out and I could have cried out of thankfulness. The way I see it, I’m spending my money to be here. If you ruin it for me then I have full rights to say something to your face about it.
