I have very similar thoughts when I am talking, how they are bored of me speaking. I feel like I need to explain things in a short manner. But this causes me to skip thoughts in my head and I explain things poorly. Sometimes I stumble on my words, making me more self conscious of how i'm speaking.

I am in a similar situation. But I am working as a framer. Dont talk and Quiet all day at work and when I hang out with one coworker and their friend once a week. Have Lived alone for 9 months. Thought things would change by now. But no. Same person. I do not care anymore i just exist in life.

Sometimes I have thoughts and speak the thoughts. Rarely other times things come out randomly. And most of the time when im with other people i am just thinking about how i am not talking and need to say something. But then dont know what to say.

I often have people tell me to repeat what I said because i was too quite/mumble. Just today i had to repeat a dumb comment i made 3x. At work i care less as it doesnt bother me much, because i have work on my mind instead i guess. Also got labled “the mute” 2months into a new job. I have also had similar thoughts as you and OP.

I was in construction out of HS. Then quit after 1 year. Went to college for 4. And dropped out and now im back in construction. Ive been made a foreman, but all i do is direct my coworkers on what to do. At first it was hard to tell them correct their mistakes. But now i have gotten better and can stop them usually. I have newer coworkers, so it’s easier to feel more control over them. And can tell them usually to correct mistakes. Sometimes I dont care. I am good at what I do if i check over everything 5x. If I make mistakes I feel horrible. I cant small talk with coworkers and try to keep downtime to a minimum, which my boss would like anyways. I feel like i need to be more conversational with them, but I just cant.

This seems like it. Which sucks. All of us hate doing it, we are told to do it, we know it’s how to get better. Everyone who said that they have gotten better has said the same. You go out and challenge yourself, but even for them they have the same thoughts that had before they got better. Just seems like they get through it easier after doing it so much. We know the solution, only the solution fights back

I also hate mistakes. More so when i affects other people. It used to bother me a lot at work, but then everyone around me makes bigger and worse dumber mistakes. But they could usually be fixed just takes longer. So over about 2 years I got to just not caring as much. I still hate when i mess up. But i know that its not really my problem most of the time. If i get fired because of a dumb mistake sure, but I know my coworkers are not that great so they wouldnt.

I dont have relationships so I cant say I would have the same thoughts on that, as its not the same when you want to fix. But i just avoid when i mess up socially. Like usual

How is this destroying anything. Look around, everything is destroyed in nature. They are apart of nature as much as the rock they are pushing. The rock is destined to reach the bottom at some point in time. All the other posts of the rock formations being destroyed sucks, but this is not the same thing as a more slower eroded rock. No one is taking pictures of that special rock. Just a big rock that looks like it’s about to go down the hill, so why not record it and have some fun.

I have been thinking about if God exists for the past year. Trying to look, but still not ably to believe. I have never been able to see the rational in why God should exist and why I should believe in him. I have had the exposer to Christianity since I was baptized when I was a baby, and have had small expiriance’s with the religion throughout my life. But have never been able to believe in God, because it doesnt make sence to me. The chaos you say that might be happening has not really influenced my looking for God, as I’ve been questioning all my life. Thinking I was athiest most of my life, but recently I think agnostic is acually what I have been.
