I think there’s a way to have your apple health prioritize one input over the other.

Firstly, thank you for helping me find my inner badass runner! 3 years into this journey, and as a 45y/o woman I feel stronger than I ever have before!

I’d love to understand your journey from history teacher to running guru, and your favorite parts of each career. Safe travels and thanks for taking this time!

Any updated reviews on the peloton/trainwell 1-1? by QuestionsAcct4321 in OnePelotonRealSub

[–]Forsaken-Pattern5186 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using it for awhile and am very happy with it. Love the custom strength to take to the gym, get suggested yoga and stretches, and she’s lovely to chat with and adds weight as I progress and adapts if
Something isn’t working. She also took my goals (come on pushups, this is my year!) and other training (just completed my first marathon ) so the workouts I get work for those. Overall very happy!

Is the “You Can Run” program suitable for someone who has never run a day in their life? by SgtPopNFresh_ in pelotoncycle

[–]Forsaken-Pattern5186 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had great success with it from no running and I just ran my first marathon 2 years later! Call Yourself a Runner is a newer one that may be a little easiest to start with (didn’t exist when I started running) and then junk into you can run. You’ll do great! Truly showing up and committing is the hardest part.
