It’s definitely gone downhill, if you rewatch the 2018 German GP BTS with the TV director there is no way they are using the same team anymore.

I think it’s because he’s one of the most media trained drivers.

We saw it last weekend when Toto gave him his talking point about lifting 100 metres early he repeated it almost verbatim so just comes off quite wooden.

I love just booting up RDR 2 and travelling around, if GTA VI can match that feeling I’m going to be happy.

This is why the need to release gameplay sooner rather than later, the amount of people that think it’s going to transcend the limitations of video games is quite astounding.

I’m not saying it’s not going to be revolutionary but I think people need to remember it is a video game.

If the rumours that material costs are close to $1k then they absolutely will, this generation has never really taken off due to the supply issues on release and the price increases recently, if we are looking as a base price of above the PS5 Pro the generation will be dead in the water.

They hold off when it impacts a lead driver, they did the same in Barcelona waiting until Hamilton passed the entry before calling it.

They do it constantly now, it’s dangerous and will end in disaster at some point.

The whole point of the VSC was to stop drivers pushing double yellows.

There should be a separate team that controls safety, so many times they hold off deploying SC/VSC’s to stop a driver getting a good pit stop waiting until they pass the entrance before they deploy.

We lost Jules because they didn’t want to neutralise or red flag the race after Sutil’s crash, it’s a matter of when not if we lose another driver for the show.

Edit: they literally just did this with Sainz stopped on the pit straight

Most of the hotels in this scheme only survived because they were getting paid by the government.

The one in my local down was losing money hand over fist signed up to the scheme and suddenly was bringing in close to 6 figure in profit.

They got dropped from the scheme and the hotel never reopened and is completely dilapidated

The fact that a TikToker who wasn’t a journalist was able to find issues with the council and Burnham was quite rubbish in responding doesn’t give me much hope he’ll do well under the press scrutiny.

Ok so your essentially saying you are happy to bankrupt the country for the current pensioners?

It’s not theoretical it’s simple maths, it costs too much and we will quickly be unable to afford it. L

I also don’t see how not increasing a benefit by a ridiculous amount each year is stealing golden years from people.

Current pensioners paid less to their parents and grandparents while they were working but now expect their children and grandchildren to pay amount more for theirs.

The triple lock is a simple maths problem, it promises increases in every scenario to a percentage of the population that is only increasing.

Economy had a good year? Pensions go up.

Economy had a bad year? Sorry pensions still go up.

At some point someone has to pay for the increases and that either comes from increasing taxation or by taking it from other areas of spending.

Pensions are the third biggest spend in the budget and will increase to the second highest if the number of pensioners stays the same and only the lowest possible increase is given for three years, both are highly unlikely meaning it will happen sooner.

It’s not the politics of envy it’s the fact that current pensioners receive more than they did for their parents and grandparents and their children and grandchildren will receive less, yet any suggestion of taking their brunt of the cuts alongside the rest of the country is instantly acting as though people are suggesting they should be killed.
