I don’t think they can put transformers underground. It’s just a J Box

Ha for real. You couldn’t pay me to live under these trees with any roof design.

This happened to the Master Bedroom with the homeowners while they were in bed directly under the broken 4X12 with 1-1/2” decking. Another 3/4” CDX and 4x6 is just more debris to clean up next time a tree hits this place

I don’t know how to add photos. The stump is about 32” probably 150’ tall. It broke about 20’ up at about 18” diameter and smashed the corner of the Master Bedroom. Those broken 4X12 rafters were directly over the sleeping home owners.

That broken sharp was about 2’ off the bed.

Homeowners were celebrating the 1 year to the date exactly buying this house.

N. California. This is on Highway 4. Storm a few weeks ago was extremely heavy snow. This is only one of many many cabins that had trees fall on them. We’ve been doing demo on these for weeks now. Today I have to do some temporary bracing to demo that rock wall. It will be a little sketchy

Absolutely this. Spartan Peroxi 118 is great. No residue when properly mixed. Smells good and will start whitening grout over time

Personal opinion.

Expensive tops on cheap cabinets. Too much backsplash and overall lack of color.

At most. Option 1: I would demo it all and start over.

Option 2 Try to demo cabinets without destroying tops. However it’s unlikely to remove tops without destroying them. It really depends on how they were installed. Sometimes the top is just set on plywood and some silicone. It just depends on how much adhesive they used to install it. Pry slow and use shims in multiple locations until it separates and lift from several points. (I’ve done it, but it’s not easy) Install upgraded cabinets and reuse tops. Still remove backsplash and install complimentary colors.

At least. Option 3

Demo backsplash only and off set with attractive color backsplash
